    Hi

I don't have a definite answer to help you but I do have an opinion if that helps?

I would have thought the public sector would be most regulated in the management of cash. This is because the cash is public money and all spending must be justified and approved and answerable to a government body and auditors. For example if the police had a big Christmas party and spent thousands of pounds on free alcohol for it's staff then the taxpayers wouldn't be happy or the government. If a private company is wasteful or takes risks with it's money, only the employees and shareholders will care.

Also the public sector doesn't make a profit, therefore much of it's accounts is about keeping to it's budget. I don't know if Companies House gets a copy of their year end accounts like with limited companies.

Sorry i don't have anything better, hopefully someone out there has a proper answer they can give you. Good luck!
