I am soooo close to handing my project in but have 2 K&U sections that i dont think ive covered and i am really struggling with ideas so if anyone could give me a clue of what i could include that would be great:

Techniques for influencing and negotiating with decision makers and controllers of resources, and

How accounting systems are affected by org structure, its Mgmnt Info systems, admin systems and procedures and its nature of it business transactions

    Hi

    For the first one I linked it to a memo I sent to the boss and said that I prepared lots of info in a clear format before meeting with him to discuss my ideas. This way I had everything to hand to ensure I could answer all questions and negotiate the implementation and funding of the project.

    The second one I found tricky but you should be able to link it to your organisation background section. You have probably written about the systems in place and how you are changing them or things you can't change due to procedures in place etc..or how the accounting systems help to identify if the org. is reaching its objectives.

    I shouldn't worry too much my tutor has passed mine and I really wasn't sure on linking some of the K&U's.
