Help with Payroll Unit 73

Hi there
I am hopping that someone could help me on some queries that I have about Payroll, as I am currently studying and yesterday I had a mental block on my test about pensions (Unit 73) and about overpayments… I was surprised when I saw on the paper the word Stakeholder as in class we haven’t dealt with them (standard, COSR and COMP) my question would be in which category would you put this?
And also how do you process overpayments? How do you deduct them from the employee’s net pay?
