objectives

Hi 'm going through a past paper June 2005 and it asks for two objectives listed in FRS 18, there are supposed to be four all together I havn't got a clue can anyone help me, what are they and could you explain a bit about them.

    Relevance
    Reliability
    Comparibility
    Understandability
