Letterhead Laws??

Hi all,

I'm busy filling in the gaps in my portfolio, and i've come acroos a question that im not quite sure about, can anyone help?

"For an English Limited Company, what information must, by law, be included on it's letterhead?"

I wasn't aware that there were any laws on letterheads :shock: , but if anyone could help me clear this one up it would be much appreciated!

    Hi kangeroo poo,

    well i've never come across this question before but for what i know, i think the letterhead should contain, Name, address, telephone number and VAT reg number... not sure if this is right...

    A limited company must have its company number and registered address on its letterhead - nb the registered address is often not the same as the trading address.
