hello everyone i need some advice!!
i lost my unit 5 work referrals that i have done and i dont know what to do. I emailed my teacher but she is not replying ... i cant stop stressing out. This exams are really getting to me and i feel like breaking down and crying. :-(
Eeryone in my family keep saying that accounting is not that important!! Please any tips on how to handle stress? i am also scared that there isn't enough time to revise for both of the exams because thay are so close to each other. I am really sorry if i sound really pathetic.

Re:Unit 5??
Hi Anastasia
Firstly take a deep breath and try to calm down, exams do make us all behave differently than we normally do, and no you do not sound pathetic, you sound like we all do at exam time of year!
Not sure what you mean by work referals, so unable to help there I am afraid, but as for stress the best thing to do is try to relax for a while without thinking about the exams (I know easier said than done), then you should be able to think better, try to prioritise what you still have left to learn, remember if you are taking 2 exams then to concentrate on 1 at a time, once ECR is over you still have time to concentrate on FRA, so draw up a study plan with this in mind.
Don't take too much heed by what your family are saying, I am sure that they didn't mean to undermine your studying, they probably just want you to know that to them you are more important than the stress you are putting yourself through over an exam. (did that make sense??)
Anyway, hope you do really well, take care, have a relaxing bath and a drink of your favourite tipple, perhaps go for a walk to clear your head, then hit the books again. Also remember not to do too much at a time, little and often is more effective than reading loads and taking nothing in.
Good luck!!
