Thanks chris and montypython for adding sorry I had to dash of before explaining the problem

the problem i'm having is with June 2004 exam task 1.5
the CR entry on the fixed overhead control of the actual o/heads does'nt make sence to me so i guess i'm missing something.

when i've done this with T account i have call the account production o/head control accout on which i DR the actual Cr the absorbed
as in

DR actual 5000 CR absorbed 4000
CR under absorbed 1000

are these 2 different account completely

any help would be great becasue at the moment i cant seem to get over this and move on with the rest of the study i need to do
