Hi, <BR><BR>first time here, Im sitting my MFR exam 1.12.03 and cant seem to get to grips with incomplete records. I have passed RCI and foundation first time and cant afford to fail this one. <BR><BR>I can do section 1 with my eyes closed but for some reason my brain just dont want to understand section two. <BR><BR>The following is what i can do:<BR><BR>Debtors<BR>Creditors<BR><BR>But when it comes to the following I just mess it up:<BR><BR>Cost of stock/Gross profit<BR>Calculate profit for the year<BR>Calculate net profit<BR>Show summarised bank account<BR>Net profit or loss from bar ect<BR>calculate surplus or deficit<BR><BR>I have been told to practice and practice and thats what im doing but feel like im going crazy as i still cant get it correct. <BR><BR>As soon as I look at the answare i know were i went wrong but in real time with a new question I just cant do it. <BR><BR>Please help me?<BR><BR>Jamie

    I was struggling with these to begin with. What did it for me was doing it in the form of an ETB. Doesn't work for everyone, though, but may be worth a try. I can send you some notes if you want to give me your e-mail address.<BR><BR>Otherwise my best advise is, practice and practice, I am afraid :)<BR><BR>Edit
