Anyone think partnership basis periods will turn up? That's the only section I'm yet to revise.
Also what about CGT on sole traders (chapter 8.1 in Osbourne book)? I'm fine with CGT on Companies etc but a bit behind on identifying what classifies for what chargeable % and when to offset losses? Is it simply offset against the gain with the highest taper charge? Are the taper relief % different as to the PTC ones (<1 year=100%, 1=50%, 2 or more =25%)?
Any advice or help would be great.
