If I join with CIMA and pay their registration fees of £130.00 would I be able to claim this back on my tax bill at the end of the year as an allowable deduction on my PAYE due to fees for Professional Subscriptions ?

Re:CIMA registration fees
If you pay it yourself you can write to the tax office and have it added to your tax code. Basically all that will happen is you won't pay tax on that bit.
That's what I did with my ACCA subscription.

Mine already pays my AAT membership and my ACCA tuition, I guess this is the least I can do!! Especially as I only work part time and he lets me work from home when I need to do things around the children (school holidays etc).0
