Hi Everyone

I currently work for a local authority who have their own accounting package but wandered whether it would useful to learn Sage Line 50 as well.

    It is always useful learning a new accounting package and Sage Line 50 is used by a lot of small companies.

    If you have the time and opportunity, it will be a benefit to you and look good on your cv.

    I did a Sage Line 50 evening course for 10 weeks. Cost me (as the Council, my then-employers, wouldn't pay for it as they don't use it) £70, came out with a cert in computerised book-keeping and changed jobs a while after to a company who do use it.
    So, yes, definitely useful!
