Hi,
Is anyone else out there having problems with BPP and how long its taking them to mark simulations?
I've completed all exams now for Technician and am just waiting for two simulation marks. They must have had them now for over 2 months! I am getting so annoyed with them now and just dont know what to do. Ive phoned so many times but to no avail.
any help on what to do would be much appreciated!

Re:BPP Simulations
Hi Sammy,
Don't get me started! I have had sooo much trouble with BPP over the course of my studying. At the moment, they've had my project for a few weeks and have advised it won't be marked for another month at least!
My advice is to phone, phone and then phone again.
Make as big a nuisance of yourself as you can, while still being polite, and they will eventually do something.
Is this BPP in London? If so, I have an a great e-mail address for you to try. Let me know and I'll send it to you privately.
Thanks,

Re:BPP Simulations
Im having a serious nightmare with BPP marking my simulations. I sent in my Health and Safety and Info Tech ones early March - they had to be marked etc by June 30th 2006 as they were old syllabus ones. Presuming everything was ok I didnt contact them until late May when they suddenly started acting and sent me back my simulation to alter. To cut a long story short they have still not finished with it and I am at a loss as to what to do. Ive never experienced such a lack of understanding, they are supposed to be there to guide you through, not completely mess everything up. Ive passed all the exams in intermediate and technician stages - this was the last little bit I had to do.
Ive tried phoning AAT about it, they basically said rules is rules and I will probably have to retake some exams - which is completely out of order, I am enraged about this. The AAT should have been interested to see what incompetence one of their approved companies was showing.
Not sure what to do from here apart from keep phoning them like I am already...any advice would be very welcome.0 -
Re:BPP Simulations
That is a very serious matter Toni - I think that you should get some legal advice on how to proceed as their lack of competence could cost your AAT qualification which is simply not fair.0 -
Re:BPP Simulations
Thanks for the advice, it seems like i must be phoning them every day at the moment. The last time i spoke to them they said that all new sylabus stuff had been put on hold due to old sylabus end date which you can see their point in doing so to get them marked but seems like they are not even competent to do that!!
If you could email me that address to sammyc206@yahoo.co.uk that would be great. Yeah it is BPP London im having trouble with, always studied at BPP Maidstone before and they were brilliant. Seems a shame really!
Thanks

Re:BPP Simulations
I am shocked that you wait so long. Our college give guidance on how long ou should wait which in the handbook it says two weeks maximum. I've not waited more than two weeks for feedback from assessment or any work I have submitted. Suppose BBP are so big that they have too many to mark or something.
