I have been sent some additional questions for unit 2 - Making and Recording Payments. There is one I can't answer - What is an archive file? Help!

    An archive file is generally one that is old/dead and has been stored away... I think

    yeah that's right. It is a file you no longer need access but has been put in storage in case you need it at a later date.
