Help!

I am studying the diploma pathway with FTC and have been attempting to learn the Sage Software which they sent to me. Should I have a Study Text and Workbook for AWS Unit 31? I have been really struggling and I am beginning to realise why - I think they have forgotten to send my study material :x

The help function on sage is quite good - if not just play around and see what happens - it is all quite logical really.

Failing that get FTC to send you the notes!!!

Thank you for your reply Claudia. I have now spoken to FTC. They forgot to send me the study text/workbook in January but I didnt know I should have it so therefore didnt miss it! I feel so under pressure now I feel like quitting

Keep going - Sage is really quite simple when you get the hang of it. Notes will help a lot!!!!

Don't give up - it will be worth it in the end - promise

You don't mention how far you have got with the rest of your other units. I certainly found that sage made a lot more sense when I was coming towards the end of foundation level. The penny dropped & I understood far more about what I was being asked to do.

As I studied at college we had a lesson a week on Sage but I would assume if you are studying via distance learning you could look at Sage at a later date and it would make far more sense.

Thank you Claudia and Em. My study/workbook came today (17 chapters) to be learned in 4 to 6 weeks and I work full time. I will not be using FTC again - that is for sure! Your support helps a lot though. I wish FTC had been as supportive!
