Any Royal Mail Technician Studiers?

System

I am just about to start my Technician year and have an idea for my project. It would be good to have some feedback from anyone in Royal Mail in whether we can use any of our systems to report on or is it not allowed as we have our own in-house audit teams etc. No-one seems to know where I work so any help would be gratefully received.
