This may seem like a silly question but...
What is the bookkeeping for a franchise?
I've had a look at the business link site and BFA site but to no avail.
Does the franchisee own thier own business or will it be the property of the franchisor?
Can the franchisee choose any business medium (sole T/partnership/ltd co)?
The charges, in this case, are 25% of sales rev handed over to franchisor, is this simply an expense to be debited or is there more to it than that?
