Ugh, Unit 22

Ok admittidly I've left this a tad late, but I just find it such a pointless, insulting waste of time that I've not had any motivation to do it until now (deadlines in 2 days).

Unfortunatly I'm not exactly sure what to do with it. Would they be expecting for example a word processed document... Labelled A, B, C, etc? Answered "I'm not a moron", "I'm not a moron", "I'm not a moron", etc? Or do you need solid tangiable proof upholdable in a court of a law that says you know how to apply a plaster?

I just need a nudge in the right direction please :?

    I did a report including a risk assessment of my workplace, quite a bit on COSHH and RIDDOR and included copies of our fire procedures and health and safety policy etc etc

    I am trying to get this unit done early, so that I don't end up like the original poster. I agree, it is slightly patronising in parts...
