Does anyone have problems accessing the site?

I find it very slow and often when I am accessing personal data (codes etc) there is an error message.

During May the 'messages' service was hardly working. When I contacted the helpline after the first couple of occasions, I was told they were working on it.

A week later and I was told that there had been no problems whatsover that month - despite this person's colleague telling me there was an on-going problem that they were working hard to rectify.

With so many problems, I am concerned about the security aspect of the site.

    I had problems with it all last year - even submitted some VAT returns late because our deadlines are tight and the website was down for full days some times meaning I couldn't get nline to do them.
    Double Rubbish. :x

    I had no problems today :lol: just stroppy staff at the end of the phone forgetting who their client is - ie Jo Public!
