Can somebody tell me which A/c software is the best for property A/Cs. Its required by friend's company.

    The only software I've ever used for property accounts is excel!!

    We have a property management company on our books and have just devised all sorts of spreadsheets to keep their records on.

    Do they rent through an agency as their statements do a lot of the job for you?

    Thanks for your reply. Yes, they do. They trying to use sage as their accounting package. But, unfortunately sage do not have support and did not develop one for property.

    If you don't mind can you email has2abu@ureach.com me the format of what you using on excel? mainly they worried about commission they giving to the agents? and would you also tell me how can they create sales invoice to the tenant? rather than excel? is there any software for them aswel?
