Can a college not be able to report skills test results to AAT

I was told by a fellow student that there have been cases where a college offering AAT courses will not be able to report skills test results to the AAT. Can anyone confirm this? I am planning to do my Cash Management skills test and was told the college i attend willnot be able to report the results to AAT. I dont want to waste 4 hours doing a skills test which will not be reported. Help!!
