When calculating a time-saved bonus if someone works overtime do you include the hours worked in overtime when caluclating the hours worked.
Similarly do you include idle time in the calculation.
For example.
If the standard time to do a job is 7 hrs and an employee makes 6 units in 35 hrs but he has 1 hr idle time and one hr overtime included in the 35 hrs worked. What is hie time-saved bonus if he get paid £10.per hr?
