Submitting evidence - how?

FIrstly - apologies if this is a double post - my first one apparently got eaten by the ether.
OK so, this may seem like a dafty question, but I have not ever seen a definitive answer. :? I started AAT Foundation by distance learning with FTC Kaplan about 6 weeks ago, and am doing the 'easy' units first. Basically my job is to produce managements accounts and mangement reports, so I have rattled on with Unit 4. 8)
I have gathered (what I believe) to be sufficient evidence to cover Unit 4. Do I JUST send the pieces of evidence for that unit (I have several other bits for other units in my portfolio so far) along with the student record, (and presumably the witness testimony) to the training provider? Do I need to send all the info about my organisation, too? I guess so as this is my first time... :oops:
How long can I expect to wait before it is returned? I have almost comleted the Working With Computers Unit, and don't want to habg around waiting for the first lot to come back before the next goes. :roll:

Hi
I am not 100% sure about distance learning, but I have just finished foundation and all the evidence for Unit 4 was covered by the simulation so I did not need to provide any extra?!
