exemptions

This might sound silly but after the results next week im hoping to take a year out before i start CIMA....but do the exemptions still apply if there is a gap between the two studies???

    They should still apply. You will probably need to keep hold of your record of achievements and or certificates to prove you have done the relevant units.

    I would contact CIMA and double check though.

    Hi

    You dont need to apply for your exmeptions straight away. The only deadline is for qualifications that grant exemptions from the managerial stage of CIMA, these have to be gained no more than 10 years prior to applying for the exmeptions. AAT will grant you exemption from the Certificate stage, so you wont have a problem.
