I know that not too many people are that bothered about project I imagine at the moment.
I did not expect to pass both units I sat and I did somehow so now I am stuck. Well not totally I have 3100 summat words on the project done, I have come to a stand still 'cost/benefit analysis' can anyone help at all????

The main purpose of the project is to find faults and suggest/recommend ways of fixing them. The cost/benefit analysis mainly refers to the monetary cost of implementing your recommendations (buying something, extra staff costs etc) versus the monetary costs saved/avoided by fixing the faults(possible fines,loss of business etc). These could be estimated figures.
You can also include non-monetary items (happier staff less likely to leave, happier/more customers).
Basically, your recommendations should produce more positives than negatives or their not worth implementing. If so, you don't have to leave them out, just say so in your Summary.
