Studying from Abroad

Hi everyone

I have passed foundation level this year whilst studying at my local college. Unfortunately I am relocating to Thailand before the end of the year.

I really would like to continue studying AAT. Does anyone know of any distance learning companies that I could approach to see if this would be possible?

Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I would suggest that you call both FTC & BPP and see what sort of response you get. However after reading all of the stuff about BPP I would quiz them throughly about the support that you will get, but I would do the same with FTC anyway. Compare the two!

    You also need to think, will you be living in the UK again, or are you going to be in Thailand for a long time. I know for me that when I go back to Australia, and I continue to studied (I am currently considering CIMA) then I have to make the choice here, do I study the tax and company laws here and be qualified in the UK and part qualified in Australia or do I complete them in Australia and be part qualified here in the UK and be fully qualified in the UK, or do I do them both in Australia and the UK and be qualified in both places :?

    as i work with the military they have a very good education system where i sit examd etc with other students who are doing OU courses.

    when i enter the exams i also have to notify the education centres in germany that i am sitting the exam so that they can inform their head office where to send the papers

    all in all it has been really good

    Thanks for your help everyone. I have contacted premier training who haven't bothered to respond, AAT who did respond but were not very helpful and I am awaiting a response from FTC Kaplan.

    I am not going to give up that easy!!
