Sounds like a lot of people are having trouble starting the project.
And guess what, I am to!! I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I can find a good example of a project, maybe in a book etc? I have looked at the one on the AAT website and just want to see more examples of how to do it.
Also if anyone has any good notes they donÒ€ℒt mind e-mailing to me it would be very much appreciated. I have just started the Technician level, so I havenÒ€ℒt received any advice on the project yet.

    Osborne Books do a very good book.

    if your struggling on where to start try doing a table of the strengths and weaknesses of procedures that are in place and then something should stand out that could do with being changed to improve things
