Hello,
Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble finding a work placement. I'm not working at the moment, and when I apply for a job they all ask for at least 2 years experience, which i have none as I have been a housewife for 15 years, but for the last two years been studying aat, ( foundation & intermediate) i'm now going on to do technician. Anyone got any ideas how i can gain experience.
Thanks
Alyson

Re:work placement
Try signing on with a temping agency perhaps? Hays always seem pretty good but not sure.
Every little experience helps it seems when trying to get a first foot in the door.0 -

Hi,
You are not the only one, I went to three different Accounting company even as a volunteer, but recieved a negative response.
I think that Aat must make it mandately for accounting firms to have people for placement to help student who are not in employement.
