I am doing the AAT Intermediate at College, I have found that the Lecture teaches Working With Computers and Reports and Returns very intensive.
Does all the college teaches Working With Computers and Reports and Returns very intensively?
I find it a bit rush rush and feel a bit tense.
Usually whenever I am doing a computing class the lecture has been supportive and found the class relaxing.
But this AAT lecturer is the opposite.

Re:Working With Computers
Hi, I teach these units. Unit 21 WWC is not taught as such - one three hour session on the basics is generally enough at Intermediate level - the assessing is then completed by an observation checklist - where I check that students are changing passwords, powering up/shutting down correctly etc. This is generally supplemented by 10 written questions.
Unit 7 is taught for about 30 hours - 3 hours per week for 10 weeks - this unit requires "teaching" as it is important to understand the general report writing/communication to management issues at this level in order to be able to produce the dreaded project at technician level
hope this helps
