Is anyone else trying to get the FTC Business Taxation book for 06/07?

I have been told by two suppliers that it is not yet published - I'm going mad here trying to learn a topic for which I have no study text!

I can't get the BPP version as i have a voucher for the FTC one!! gutted!

    I am studying Business tax with FTC and we are using the 05/06 tax books. I think the 2005 Finance Act is tested in December and the 2006 Finance Act (2006/07) isn't tested until next June.

    I have had a similar problem with trying to source tax books for my tax technicians course.
    I was told by BPP and FTC there had been a delay in getting the books printed due to changes in the Finance Act and the books will not be ready until mid October. If you are taking exams next June this will be the version you need.

    However I think Osbourne books have their AAT tax books available, may be worth you trying them instead.

    The Kaplan book still hasnt turned up at my college bookshop. I was very concerned about the evenings being wasted by not getting what the tutor was talking about so I invested 20 pound in the Osborne book (I am a big fan as they are short and concise)and feel confident enough to apply for the december exam. Highly recommended
