Lesson two and I am stuck already I have been given a work book and I can just not get my accounts to balance. Can nayone help?

    Well it isnt a question as such. I ahve been given senarios and I need to decide which tow accounts I need to use. What side to dbit and credit. Then I need to do my balance bought down and carried down and enter the profit into a further account, and then that account should balance. But I am about 90 pounds out.

    If you are £90 out, its divisible by 9 and could be a transposition error i.e. instead of £45 you've entered £54. If you ever get an error divisible by 9 it's worth checking that out first.

    At the moment I am 80 pounds out? I have been over and over and still no luck.

    small guess, but goig from the details provided I can suggest dividing the difference by 2, look for that amount in your ledgers and see if has been put on the right side.

    When i was doing foundation u'd normally forget whats what i just remembered PEARLS this always helped:
    DR:
    P-purchases
    E-expenses
    A-assets

    CR:
    R-revenue
    L-liability
    S-sales
