Whats included in the monthly management accounts pack?

Hello everyone, I have been asked for a quote for monthly management accounts. What standard reports are usually included, I know very little about the company at present but my list is:
P&L, BS,CFS, AGED DEBTORS/CREDITORS, PAYROLL REPORT, BUDGET VS ACTUAL.
Has anyone got any ideas about anything else that should be included as standard. Also, I haven't got a clue about what to charge as I mainly do financial a/cs and tax returns. Any advice gratefully received. Jen.

    I would add a cash flow forecast too - if the information is easy enough to get.

    What did you end up charging for the management accounts pack and did you include anything else such as KPIs?
