exam cost help

hi

i need some help, i've asked my work if they will contribute to my exam fees but havent got any of the paper work on me. they have asked how much it is for each exam on the technician stage. anyone able to help? i need the cost for 8, 9 & 10. also 18 & 19. i think i was about £36 or £38 each.
