Re:Study Buddy
Sounds Kinky...
Mandy - PassPlus is where the instrcutor teaches you to drive on the motorway. It's an extra 3 lessons at 2 hours each lesson and afterwards you get a certificate saying you have completed the course (there is no test to it) and that certificate (with some insurers) entitles you to a hefty discount on the price you would normally get without it.
But I have always been the named driver on Sarah's insurance so for me it was a waste of time.0 -

Re:Study Buddy
Not bad.
How's the belly-dancing?
Are you feeling better about things now?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Its good
had the 3rd session tonight. Theres 3 more left, and I'm guessing it all comes together as a routine at the end.
Yeah I'm feeling better about things now. I was a bit upset yesterday cos my dad walked out, but now he's back and my mums gone, so dont really know whats going on :?
My ex has just dropped off the money he owes me, so things are looking up!0 -
Re:Study Buddy
That's good news!
Shopping trip...?
Are you getting fit, with all that jiggling about? or just knackered?
Your parents will sort it out. Try not to worry about it.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
I'm gonna be good and put it in my savings account
I think I'm getting fit, my legs are rock solid atm but I did hope my tummy would tone up a bit, but it hasn't yet so I'm going to start doing some sit ups at night. But because it's so much fun it doesnt feel like a work-out. I don't know what I'm going to do when it finishes!0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Good idea! Could always go on shopping trip in future, with extra pennies...
How about some other form of dancing?
Are you doing an exam in June, or just finishing off portfolio?

Re:Study Buddy
I really want to do salsa, but I don't have anybody to go with
I'm doing FRA in June, then that's it for intermediate, my portfolio is almost finished
Which stage are you studying now?0 -

Re:Study Buddy
I'm just going to do Computerised exam with Sage50, in June. Then that finishes off my level 2 portfolio.
I was doing Level 3 exams, but had to cancel.
So, helping-out around here (under request...)
And you are deffo starting Technician now?
I'd offer, but (Devon?) is a little far to travel...

Re:Study Buddy
I think I'm gonna do technician, but to be honest im still in 2 minds whether to just go for it and go to uni after intermediate.
You had me all excited about salsa then! What about tango? Still too far? :P0 -
Re:Study Buddy
[edited...]
If so, I might be able to arrange something... 8)

I just don't understand what's wrong with them :? why the hell would they be attracted to me in the first place? I might ask shaun tomorrow0 -
Re:Study Buddy
There are lots of reasons. Usually appearance. But could also be sense of humour (and other personality traits), style of clothing, perfume, sound of voice, way person moves, 'reputation', etc.
