Re:Study Buddy
If they wore sunglasses it would be better, but I suppose it's the licking of the lips and the drooling that puts you off, plus the sucking in of the belly and the 'trying to look cool in knotted handkerchief and 1950's ex-army shorts'.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Yeah that does it. And when they take their sunglasses off to get an extra special look.
I remember when I was 13 (only just turned 13 too) there was this guy about 45, me and my friend got down to our bikinis and he would not stop staring at me and he was practically drooling. I kept asking her why he was staring and she got really annoyed with me so we went into the sea to get away from him and I looked down and said 'my nipple's popped out'.

Re:Study Buddy
Do you have to be old to be considered leering?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Leering can be done at any age, it's just that, like wine, it improves with age

Nothing here to get my pulse racing - not even sure if they have pulses!

Re:Study Buddy
I dont let it show that Im bothered, and ultimately I dont want be in the clique. But its just the other stuff that goes with it, the rudeness and the two faced attitudes. I couldnt give a toss though farmer genuinely, I dont necessarily want colleagues to be my friends. Just passing the time of day will do though.
These are just people I have to sit with while I earn my money to do things I want with the people I choose. They are the ones who matter!

Re:Study Buddy
It makes for an easier life if you can get on with people at work, after all, you do spend up to 40 hours a week with them. That's nearly as much time as you spend with your family and friends every week.0 -

Oh dear, so it must be the work that attracts you, not the decorations

Re:Study Buddy
I have some friends from all my jobs, and Im polite with everyone at work. but Im not one for the over the top friendliness just because you work with them thing. I have nothing in common with some of them, other than work, and Im not into idle chit chat about the office or the workers.0 -
