Please help. I am so confused with how to treat patent royalites received or paid when recalculating the PCTCT.
If royalties have been paid are they added back, deducted ot what - my text book is not clear.

Patent Royalies are a non deductable expenditure, therefore have to be added back in. These are deducted in Personal Tax rather than Business Tax.
