PCR exams

I am half way through the june 2004 PCR paper, which i am finding not to bad with my notes. However, does anyone know if we get proformas in the exam? As there are not any tables to work with in the paper itself.

    I have taken this exam twice and you do not get proformas, you need to remember the layout you were taught and answer the questions that way.
