Sat the ECR paper yesterday...

Completely screwed up the question for Break even and Margin's of safety.... somehow got margins of 35, 40 and 45%!!!! dont ask me how beacuse i truly cant remember what i did....

Think everything else went OK...

With this in mind, what do you reckon my chances are???

Maybe i should just fear for the worst, and have a pleasant suprise if i pass!!!!

    I suppose it depends on how you did in the rest of the paper, however you do have to pass both sections to pass. If everyone else did this question badly they may change the pass mark.

    All I can say is that in the couple of years I've been using these forums there's been plently of people who've been utterly convinced they've failed and then passed.

    One question wrong probably won't by enough to fail you, but the AAT marking is something of a dark art and nobody really knows how it's done apart from the AAT itself and they ain't telling! All you can really do is wait and see.

    Ive only stumbled across these forums today and i wish i didnt cos after reading what other answers people got i know im totally screwed... i just dont like the thought of failing... but knowing tomorrows exam is gonna be a total wash out im just looking forward to re-sitting them in june, and if i do pass then as markyh said yes it will be a pleasant surprise!

    I totally agree with you chris nobody knows what a pass is or a fail with the AAT they have there way of doing things and they dont utter a word,so its no use people saying you have to do this or that to pass because they are only speculating they dont know themselves and neither do the tutors.

    I screwed up that question too, and the bit where you had to explain the % MOS.

    I will be gutted if i fail because i did so well in the past papers and in the mock i did.

    That question wasnt like any other questions in the past papers and we were never taught -ve MOS :?
