I was just wondering how people are feeling, i am ok but i am hoping private residence doesnt come up as i am struggling with that.

Any thoughts ????

    Private residence would be a complete nightmare - how easy is that to miscalculate!!
    I having been struggling to get the past papers correct all week but I am feeling much better today as I have completed 3 without too much going wrong. Will be relaxing with a large glass of wine(or a bottle) after we have finished though - good luck tomorrow!!

    really hope PPR doesnt come up either, havent got a clue about it. after tomorrow im on a strict alcohol only diet.

    I am on that one aswell, its really good !!!!

    I just want to get the exam done now and then relax for xmas.

    I've worked quite hard on PPR. I seem to have the rules playing on a permanent loop in head now.

    I'm feeling reasonably confident, I've put in a lot of work for this. I just hope that confidence is still there when I open the paper tomorrow :?

    I think chattels will be on there, the deemed sale price and 5/3 thing.

    After PCR today I would put it past them to include a computer that isnÒ€ℒt except, i.e. over the £2500, or something like that

    I've been to tired to do any work for this exam today (had PCR this morning). I've not even completed one past paper yet as part of my revision. I'm relying on huge luck and my ability to remember a lot through reading tomorrow an hour before!

    I suppose main differences to business tax is only the way shares are treated and the capital gains tax allowance. Indexation to 1998 and taper relief thereafter. I know chattels from the business one.

    I'll look at benefits in kind tomorrow morning and hope for the best!
