Hello

I am having terrible difficulty with my project and i need help!

I work in managment accounts and i need to base it on that.

    This is a possible suggestion (although I have not yet done my project yet)

    I used to work in management accounts, and I found that a lot of the time was spent analysing nominal ledger codes identifying incorrect postings (which in my large organisation was very often)

    Maybe you could consider, analysing the time/money spent on these corrections, identifying the causes of these errors and suggesting ways to overcome these issues.

    I hope this is not a useless idea, but something small like that may prove to be a good starting point and may actually be good for your employer too
