Start as I mean to go on! Looking for help again!!
Does anyone have any abbreviations/memory joggers??
I picked up DEAD CLIC last year for double entry (DEAD = debtors, expenses, assets and drawings - all dr entries) and (CLIC = cash, liabilities, income and creditors all credit entries). Which has been most useful. I saw PEARL on one of the forum notes but don't know what this is??

PEARLS is similar to DEAD CLIC, in that it splits out debit and credit entries:
DEBITS
Purchases
Expenses
Assets
CREDITS
Revenue
Liabilities
Sales
