ANY IDEAS FOR UNIT 10 PROJECT???

Hi everyone
Im about to start the Unit 10 project and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on a good topic? I know it has to be based on something that could be changed or improved in your work environment but am struggling to come up with something substantial enough to see me through.
My main role is as credit controller and pa to the md with a bit of accounts payable thrown in. Basically if there was anything to improve I would have done it by now. Can you base it on past events or does it have to be current and done as you work though the project?
Id be VERY grateful for any suggestions.

Hi Laura,
Your project can be based on past situations and how you improved them, this is how I have done mine, so long as it shows the weakness, how you improved the situation and then how the office is now run, you should not have a problem.
Remember to get a good chunk on fraud prevention!
