Does anyone have any ideas what I can put in my fraud analysis - I need stock ways in which fraud can be committed, but I can't think of any. I must be too honest!!!

    Just a couple of ideas to get the ball rolling:<BR><BR>There should be a set system for ordering stock and then matching the orders received against purchase order notes and invoices. The person placing the orders could be ordering extra for their own purposes! There could also be a problem with keeping track of stored stock, if it is not done correctly then it's very easy for stock to be stolen and not noticed (especially if it's done a small amount at a time by an employee).
