If anyone is interested before I advertise the position I am looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant
Full time. Salary around £18,000 per annum. based in London E1 area.

    £18,000 - wow

    Just goes to show the huge pay divide between regions - that was my title when I 1st started and I was on £10,500 in Manchester Centre

    I know I was on 6050 when I started and Im now only on 12,000 and Im nearly fully qualified

    bloody hell - you have doubled your pay and you're still only 20! good on you!

    Seems no one is interested in this position, however much we are paying.(noted your starting rate) I will now start advertising in the evening standard. Shame really. I Thought it would be great opportunity for one of the students.

    I owuld have loved the job but i live up North so unfortunatly its no good to me!

    I was interested just a shame about location as I too live up north. Its a pity no-one up here willing to employ a student.

    I'm surprised you've not been inundated. Shame I'm not in a position to relocate at the moment or I'd have jumped at it - I could do with the city streets under my feet again too.

    Thanks guys for your comments. I am happy to say that I decided to put the ad in the job centres and todate have over 100 applicants most of them AAT/ACCA students. Just goes to show. :-)

    not suprised at the number of applicants - was a cracking opportunity for someone!
