Help! I need a copy of an Index from Kaplan Publishing Foulks Lynch book

Hi,

I was looking through the Drafting Financial Statements book from the Kaplan Publishing Foulks Lynch and found that my index page is missing. I'm beginning to struggle without it as its taking me forever to keep finding what I'm looking for.

Does anyone have this page they can scan and email me or post here?

I'll really appreciate it as it will stop me from tearing my hair out, lol.
