am i the only person doing home study with BPP who has found them of no help whats-so-ever. they don't return phone calls or emails. i have been waiting weeks to find out how to access spreadsheets needed for sample simulations in their unit 31 book. if anyone knows how to access these spreadsheets let me know!!!!
(my mock simulation is late already coz i don't know what i'm doing thanks to them!)

i do home study with BPP also and i live in germany so i tend to email them rather than wait for phone calls to be returned.
the contact name i have is katie usmar and her email address is katieusmar@bpp.com or you can contact her by phone on 0845 0751 100, option 1 - ext 2448.
she is very good and responds quickly. she also occasionaly posts on her too.
