my company are about to start health cover for employees, the compnay will pay the monthly premium and then take the amounts from employees salary. The inland rev have told me that the amounts must be declared on p11d which is fine but the couldnt tell me if there would be any tax due from the individual employee - i need to know before we start the cover so i can let every have the choice of whether to take it up or not
Any ideas anyone?
