blank email?!

got a blank email to open this morning. anyone in AAT please help. do I need to do something?

    I got up at 4am to look at a blank mail. Have tried everything other people have mentioned but to no avail!! Very disappointed.

    I got up especially early to check my e-mail and all I've got is a blank one. I've also tried everything to read the contents but all to no avail - how annoying! Hopefully, they will all be sent again later on today. Not much help when I'm going to work though.

    i've pressed save message text on the bottom right hand of the email and the results appear. both passsed yupee!!!!hope it works for others...

    It would appear that the messages have been sent as html documents! Doesn't mean a lot to me, so went on internet to find out how to convert to plain text. (Hotmail users):
    Click 'forward' to yourself. Before you send, go to Tools (in message). Click on 'rich text editor'. This will convert to plain text. However, you still can't see message at that moment. Press send. When you receive new mail, click on reply. This clearly displays the full message.

    By the way - I passed!!!
