If a person leaves part way through a month eg 16th feb is thier final salary excluding any holiday month salary/20days x12days or annual salary/260 days x12days

    I would opt for the latter but what does the employment contract/employee handbook say? There is usually a paragraph outling the basis of 1 days pay.
