UNIT 22 - HEALTH AND SAFETY - QUESTIONING MY TUTOR

New to looking on the boards, but spent a huge amount of time re-doing this unit. i'm at intermediate level and feel I'm being penalised for not having done Foundation level as very little instruction from tutor at college on this one - apart from ridiculing my attempts.
My question is simple, I've followed the example given by AAT in how to complete this unit. By including various amounts of work based evidence.
My college tutor is adamant that i need to do a report detailing each part of this evidence as an appendices as this is the only way AAT will accept this unit - is she correct?
Your views on this would be much appreciated as rather irritated by the whole unit now and the lack of support from college.

Hello,
I did my foundation via distant learning. For the health & safety unit, I followed my student record and filled my portfolio to the brim with work based evidence, using fire drills, safety exits etc. I sent it to my tutor at the end of Foundation and he signed it off and then my portfolio got called in a year later by the external verifiers and they signed it off too. I didn't do any reports or anything detailing it. I hope it's sorted for you soon.

We did ours before christmas. We used a scenario as not everyone was working. All the evidence was contained within the portfolio. But if we were workign we were given the option of doing it based on our work, but we weren't told that we would have to complete any reports. We've all been signed off on the unit.0
