Teambuilding Ideas

I recently read in a paper that they are to hold rowning races on a lake somewhere near where I live and they plan to host international medal races on there, but to test the waters (so to speak) they are thinking of organising team building days out with races... I was thinking of putting this down as an idea for a teambuild for my team - does anyone else have any fun team building excercises that they can recommend?

    I always joke that I'm going to get them dropped from a helicopter in Wales to survive the weekend on food they have caught!

    I actually think they can be a brilliant idea - but you have to be careful that some team members don't feel intimidated.

    Bullying is an awful thing to experience and deal with.

    From my experience of Living History/LARP events, I find that fighting in a shield wall breeds a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork:
